Holy Trinity Coalbrookdale
- Elizabeth Edwards (nee Wright) 1771-1855
Elizabeth Wright was born Dec 6 1771 and died January 25 1855 aged 84. She was the daughter of Benjamin Wright (1745-1794) the surgeon Dr to the Darby family in Coalbrookdale. She married William Edwards and was the mother of Edward Edwards - all surgeons in the Dale.
Her gravestone is behind iron railings in the front of the church (see photo 4 on views from church tower)and she is buried with William, Edward and other members of her family (see below)
